July 16, 2015 - Honoring some of our scholarship winners

We are at our Lions pavilion in the Pleasant Grove City Park.  We are honoring scholarship winners from Boys and Girls State.  Cameron won our $500 educational scholarship.  We are always trying to give back to our community.  Helping youth with scholarships to further their educational and develop leadership skills is one way we make a difference and help our youth play it forward.  Our hope is that our youth will find ways to serve in our community.  Lions Leos (age 12-18 years) clubs have a  program that does just that.  Contact our club president or email pglionsclub@gmail.com.

Once again the Pleasant Grove Lions Clubs shares with parade goers what Lions Clubs do.  Where there is a need there is a Lion.  We had some or of scholarship winners join us in the parade.  Our motto "We Serve".
