July 18, 2013 Lions Club Meeting

At the July 18th meeting, Elias Terreros was our guest. He spoke of his experiences at HOBY (Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership camp). Bob Ross and his wife Karen were also guests. Bob is the project director for HOBY Utah. He spoke to us about the organization and purposes of HOBY.

The P. G. Lions Club also installed our new officers.  Milt Taylor Past President installed the officers.  Pictures will be forth coming.

July 11, 2013 Lions Club Meeting

At the July 11th meeting, we had as guests:  Kalare Eberting, who received a scholarship from Lions Club. She spoke of her experiences with service in high school and of her educational goals for the future, and also played a musical number on her violin. Krista Clark was our other guest. She spoke of her experiences at Girls State and what difference it has made in her life. She also played a musical number on her violin.
